Who we are
SportFrameProprovides booking and gallery software to independent sports photographers (“Businesses”). When you book a session, you interact with a Business's site powered by SportFramePro. SportFrameProprocesses data on the Business's behalf.
Information we collect
Contact details (name, email, mobile phone), athlete details you provide (name, jersey, position, team, age group), booking and payment records, and basic usage data. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in during booking, you consent to receive transactional text messages about your booking (confirmations and event reminders) from the Business via SportFramePro (using Twilio). Message frequency varies by your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not affect email confirmations. We do not sell your phone number, and mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their marketing.
Transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, reminders) are sent via Brevo.
Service providers
We share data only as needed with Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Brevo (email), and Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting & data storage). Each processes data under its own terms.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your data, and opt out of texts (STOP) or emails (unsubscribe) at any time. Contact support@sportframepro.com.
Children
Bookings are made by parents/guardians. We collect athlete details only as provided by the booking adult for the photography session.
